SHARING
the historical experience and the prospects of public promotion of civic culture represented by the initiative of Dr. Alberto Travain;

DECLARING
the Good of the Mankind and the respect of the Nature as final aims to pursue and the natural right as moral primary reference point;

WATCHING
to the sympathetic communities not incompatible with the aims stated above as a defensive and emotional needs of the Mankind;

ELECTING
the public local community, not founded on ethnics discriminations but founded on an ethic and cultural local identity, in the respect of the Mankind and of the Nature, as better form of coordination of population;

PROFESSING
the principle of ascendant subsidiarity as a prospective for commons identity renovation;

INDICATING
the principle of popular sovereignty, while bound to the respect of the Mankind and of the Nature, as essential of any community;

ASSERTING
the first place of the community interest above the private interest when the last one damage the common good;

CONSIDERING
the inalienable value of local communities as a nucleus and fundamental rampart of a possible civil cohabitation;

SUPPORTING,
above any private diversity, the preponderant obligation of mutual solidarity, cultural and effective, between everyone who lives and serves into the same local reality;

IDENTIFYING
into the civil and moral traditions of the local communities the coagulating principle of the social reality that distinguish them, in the respect and also above any private diversity;

AQUIRING
the recovery and actualization of the universal values inherent in the local communities’ traditions such as necessary actions of public interest designed to renew the social entrench and deference;

SUPPORTING
at any level, in principle, the moral rights of self-decision, participation and mobilization against the tyranny, of any single community;

ESTABLISHING,
as informal association, a sympathetic collectivity originally nominated Friulian Civic Movement “Academie dal Friûl” (Pro Academie dal Friûl: Pro AdF) or “Fogolâr Civic”, today becomes Alpine-Adriatic Civic Movement with the denominations in each language of its local articulations, ground on a family model, base and paradigm of a traditional community, wherein from a forefather found in its promoter, Dr. Alberto Travain, derives branches that report to his fiduciaries and that reunite the sympathizers of the movement not based on a common origin but on the territorial residence;

WE RECOGNIZE OURSELVES

essential part of a cultural and programmatic alliance that promotes a defensive civic spirit and the civil and moral improvement of society, well-established into the Human and Nature values to research into the local traditions and for their renew: a moral union, a friendship, founded on principles about which above, promoted and leaded by Dr. Alberto Travain and has as a symbol beside the historical Blessed Bertrand and Savorgnans’ rose, popular heroes of Friuli, original emblem of the movement, the blue-white-yellow civic tricolor, reference to the Aquileia’s people, first Alpine-Adriatic metropolis;

WE PROMISE AT EACH OTHER

solidarity and collaboration for the pursuit of the common goals and for the life in general.
