“In order that exist indigenous population have to persist the conditions that permit them to continue and identify themselves. […]” This is a part of the speech, in Friulian language, titled: “Furlan lenghe di une tiere no di une int” (Friulian: language of a land, not of a people) that prof. Alberto Travain, president of the “Fogolâr Civic”, did in the “International indigenous population day” organized, in Friuli, by the club UNESCO of Udine whom prof. Alberto Travain is consultant for the Civic Education and Proactive Citizenry. The “Fogolâr Civic”, invited at the event, sent a delegation composed by the Consultant for the Center Friuli Mr. Gianfranco Savorgnan and the general vexillary Mr. Gianfranco Passone.
